Originally from the Dominican Republic and now based in Florida, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Committed to continuous learning, Byreny has completed multiple professional certifications in leadership, business, and personal development, including executive leadership studies through Harvard University. Inspired by her Caribbean roots and her personal journey of resilience, Byreny created BCTIER to make everyday self-care feel intentional, empowering, and accessible.
